Collage Workshops: Long Island, ME (USA) and Qaqortoq, South Greenland

Two collage workshops were offered in conjunction with Maine-Greenland Collaborations; the workshops were led by Paula Gerstenblatt in communities on Long Island, ME (USA) and in Qaqortoq, South Greenland. Residents prepared for the workshop by bringing photographs and archival documents, as well as photocopied materials from historical archives. The workshops provided an opportunity for participants to engage with one another and craft collages about their lived experiences.
